Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between pdn99 and every user who accesses or uses this platform. This Agreement is read together with the Privacy Policy and any specific terms relating to particular services.
By taking any of the following actions — registering a new account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, or using any game or platform feature — you confirm that:
- You have read and understood this Agreement in full;
- You agree to be bound by all terms contained within it;

- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other party.
Eligibility and Registration Requirements
Registration and use of the pdn99 platform is restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above only.
To register a pdn99 account, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration;
- Hold a valid identity card (MyKad) or recognised identity document;
- Have an active and reachable Malaysian mobile number;
- Hold an e-wallet or Malaysian bank account registered in the applicant's own name;
- Not be prohibited by the laws of the applicant's country of residence from taking part in online betting;
- Have not previously had an account terminated by pdn99 for misconduct or breach of terms.
pdn99 reserves the right to request proof of identity or supporting documents at any time for verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.
Account Management Policy
Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) pdn99 account at any given time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts.
Members are fully responsible for:
- The security of their password and account login credentials;
- All activity that takes place under their account, including transactions made by third parties who gain access through the member's own negligence;
- Ensuring that account information (email, mobile number, payment method) is kept up to date;
- Notifying pdn99 immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to a maintenance fee or termination at pdn99's discretion, after notice has been sent to the member's registered email.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
pdn99 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
- Touch 'n Go eWallet
- DuitNow
- Online banking (FPX) — including local Malaysian banks
- Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH
The minimum amount for deposits and withdrawals is RM50 per transaction. Approved withdrawals will be processed within 1 hour. All payments must be made through a method registered in the member's own name — methods belonging to third parties are not accepted.
pdn99 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure to protect members' interests.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
All bonuses offered by pdn99, including the 200% welcome bonus of up to RM1,500, are subject to wagering requirements. Members are required to meet the wagering requirement before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.
For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount. For example:
- Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
- Deposit RM1,600 → Bonus RM1,500 → Balance RM3,100 → Wagering requirement RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500
General rules relating to bonuses:
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to other members;
- Each promotion has a set validity period — expired bonuses will not be extended;
- pdn99 reserves the right to withdraw bonuses in the event of misuse or any attempt to manipulate the system;
- Only one promotion may be used at a time unless otherwise stated;
- pdn99's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and calculation are final.
General Game Rules
All games available on the pdn99 platform are operated through licensed software providers. Game results are final once calculated by the system and cannot be altered.
Important points regarding games:
- In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, pdn99 will review the game logs and resolve the issue based on valid system records;
- Unsettled bets resulting from an internet connection disruption on the member's end will not be cancelled automatically — members are responsible for ensuring their connection is stable;
- Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game and may change without prior notice;
- The use of automation software, bots, or unfair methods to gain an advantage in games is prohibited.
Member Conduct and Responsibilities
pdn99 members are expected to use this platform responsibly. The following actions are prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:
- Submitting false registrations or using another person's identity information;
- Committing fraud, hacking, or any activity that compromises the security of the platform;
- Owning or operating more than one account at the same time;
- Cooperating with other members to manipulate game outcomes;
- Using funds obtained through illegal activity to make deposits;
- Distributing offensive, threatening, or harassing content to other users through pdn99's communication channels.

Account Closure and Suspension
Members may close their account at any time by contacting pdn99 customer service. Before closure, all wagering requirements tied to active bonuses must be completed, and any cash balance may be withdrawn through the normal procedure.
pdn99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:
- The member is found to have violated any term in this Agreement;
- There is activity indicating fraud or money laundering;
- A request is made by a relevant authority or regulatory body;
- International licensing compliance requirements make it necessary.
In the event of closure due to a breach of terms, pdn99 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account along with any outstanding bonuses.
Data Protection and Confidentiality
pdn99 respects member privacy and is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the stated privacy policy. All data collected is used solely for the purposes of account management, transaction processing and licensing compliance.

Platform Liability Limits
pdn99 provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability or uninterrupted operation of the platform. To the extent permitted by law:
- pdn99 is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform;
- pdn99's liability in respect of any member claim is limited to the net deposit amount made in the 30 days prior to the claim;
- pdn99 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures outside the platform's control, including disruptions by internet service providers or power supply failures.
Amendments and Updates to Terms
pdn99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the pdn99 website.
Notice of material amendments will be sent to the member's registered email address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except in emergency situations or where legal compliance requirements necessitate earlier effect.
Continued use of the platform after the amendment effective date is considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws relevant to the international licensing under which pdn99 operates. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through the following process:
- Stage 1 — Direct Discussion: The member contacts pdn99 customer service to discuss the issue;
- Stage 2 — Mediation: If no resolution is reached, both parties may agree to appoint an independent mediator;
- Stage 3 — Arbitration: Disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing body.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified only to the extent necessary, while the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
